Well, I'm not into scuba, I'm not an expert, and I'm not familiar with the scuba culture at all (I don't even know if you can use such term!). But I know I like these t-shirts by Bent Air, an online shop that specializes in scuba designs. There's something sincere about these shirts... you have the feeling that these people really enjoy what they're doing (both scuba diving and t-shirt designing). In addition, they donate a portion on the sale of every shirt to Project Aware, "a foundation helping to conserve underwater environments through education, advocacy and action". I really liked that place...
