Monsieur Poulet is basically a new platform that invites artists from all over the world, as well as t-shirt fans and enthusiasts, to participate by submitting designs, commenting, and voting. Twice a month they announce the winners and their designs are printed on limited edition fair trade cotton shirts. The site is in French but fortunately there is an English translation. Although Monsieur Poulet is fairly new you'll already find a bunch of t-shirts available to buy and a good amount of really cute designs.
